Monthly Education Meetings

Education Class is the 3rd Sunday of each month via zoom at 3pm!

PRESENTING

 

 

 

Our goal in the kidney community is to educate ourselves and others about the disease. We can take an active part in the level of their care and managing the outcome.  N.B.K.F. has a team of different professionals to give sound information in their area of expertise at our monthly support group meetings:

 Pharmacist – identifying the importance of taking medicine on time, and how and why 

  it’s taken.

  Nutritionist – teaching the kidney community the right foods to eat 

  Sports Coach – how strengthening the body can help keep the body mobile and maintain your     

  kidney  function

  Social Worker- to assist patients with knowledge of needs and opportunities afforded to them

  Kidney Donors – information and instruction on how to be a donor or sign up as a donor 

  Kidney Recipients– information and instruction on how to find help for resources 

  Licensed Therapist- mental wellness group discussions- private talks available, sharing and       

  fellowship with others who  are dealing with the same issues

New Beginning Kidney Foundation is a 501C3  non-profit organization that assist the kidney community. We are based in Conyers, Ga. and provide service to the surrounding area.
