Leaders of NBKF understand that your kidney disease can bring challenges to your everyday living, so we try to step in and offer services to assist you and reduce stress in your life. Now as much as we'd like to help everyone in every situation, the truth is we cannot!
ALL requests for assistance submitted to NBKF will be reviewed and MUST be approved.
Note: Approvals may be granted; however, funds MUST be available.
Take a moment to review the services (below) that we offer. If you are in need of assistance in any area, complete and submit our "Assistance Form" and a member of our team will reach out to you with an approval status.
Medication:​
We offer financial assistance for anti-rejection drugs.

Food:
We offer assistance purchasing food and/or providing a meal.

Lawn Care:
We offer vouchers to be applied toward lawn care services.
Bedroom Upgrade:
We assist with bedroom upgrades by changing bedspreads, curtains, and providing lite cleaning.
Housing:
We assist with temporary housing to prevent homelessness.
Thanksgiving Giveaway:
We assist with provisions for Thanksgiving.
Christmas Toys for Kids:
We offer toys to families with children to help them experience
a Christmas with love!
